• Foundation: Includes either a concrete foundation or treated support poles, depending on site requirements.
• Structure: Pine timber frame with a sturdy pine subfloor base.
• Interior walls: Standard with dry wall cladding (upgrade available to Tongue & Groove Pine or Melawood for an additional fee).
• Flooring: Laminate flooring as standard (upgrade available to Pine Tongue & Groove flooring).
• Exterior: Colorplus metal cladding, fully waterproofed, with cavity batt insulation for energy efficiency.
• Windows & Doors: Powder-coated aluminum windows and Powder-coated aluminum stacking doors for a sleek, modern finish.
• Electrical: DB board installation, downlights, bedside lights, outdoor lights, light switches, and electrical plugs.
• Bathroom: Complete with a shower, shower screen, taps, basin, open cabinet, toilet, and a gas geyser for hot water.
• Kitchen: Built-in kitchen with lower cabinets, a 2-plate gas stove, sink, and tap. Custom cabinetry is available upon request.
